Word on the street is that the OCSC office will be open during the February WHRRI General Membership Meeting. That's this coming Wednesday (starting at 7:00pm). Recall that in order to renew your WHRRI membership, you must first renew your OCSC membership, so this is a great opportunity to get it all taken care of in one night.
