The 2011 Waterford Hills Road Racing Season continues this weekend, June 25th and June 26th. The US Hoosier Tire Formula First Series will be visiting Waterford Hills and competing in their third and fourth races of their season series. They will be the focus of the Showcase races for the weekend.
Practice for race weekend #3 will be available for drivers on Friday, June 24th starting at noon. Closed wheel practice first for 30 minutes, then open wheel practice for 30 minutes. This schedule will continue until the last open wheel session at 3:30pm.
Saturday qualifying for group #1 will begin at 10:05am. The Spec Miatas and Spec Neons will try to put down a hot lap for the pole position. Races will begin after lunch break. The last race of the day should end up just before 6pm.
Sunday races begin at 10:05am with group #1 Sunday class race and the track will be alive until 6pm.
Also this weekend The Hill will be welcoming the Bowties Car Club. A group of classic cars will be available for viewing, and if you have one, bring it out.
For all spectating information go to the 'fans' tab. $5 for entrance into the spectating area and $5 for paddock access. Persons 16 years of age or younger get in free.
